Book Review: The Book Thief
Surprise toward the end that made me so mad I almost didn't want to finish the book. So glad that I did, though.
I have to say that WW2 is one of my favorite periods in history. Ok, really, any period in history is my favorite, but for the same of this review, we will say that WW2 is.
I loved this book. At first I was convinced that I wouldn't - the writing style is one that I am not used to. After I got past that, it was a very good book. I do not want to give it away, so I won't say much. I will say that you should be prepared to be happy, sad, mad and even madder at any given time. To me, the recipe for the perfect book.

I'm a sucker for WWII novels, too. This is one of my favorites! Will add your review link to War Through the Generations.
